Owner and founder, Elizabeth Schaibley has over 7 years experience as a Certified and Licensed School Psychologist in the public schools and clinical setting. Elizabeth holds a Masters and Specialist Degree in School Psychology from Barry University, including published research. Elizabeth is enthusiastic and passionate about identifying the needs of the whole child across settings. It is her passion and ambition to support the development of all children by fostering their emotional, behavioral, social, and academic well-being. Elizabeth is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
Through evidence-based assessments, intervention, and collaboration with educators, families, and communities, she strives to empower children to overcome challenges, build resilience, and reach their full potential. EvaluWaves' commitment is to advocate for the needs of every child, ensuring equitable access to the resources and opportunities necessary for their success in school and life.
The Meaning and Purpose Behind EvaluWaves
EvaluWaves draws inspiration from the metaphor of the ebb and flow of the human condition and experiences. Just like waves, we experience highs and lows in life, and at times it is difficult to navigate treacherous waters. During those uncertain and uneasy times, our services are here, and we are aiming to provide psychological evaluations and therapeutic services to enhance the overall well-being of children, adolescents, and teenagers. Our mission is to support individuals through their highs and lows, offering a safe space for growth and healing.
